TD-SCDMA系统测试工程师

职责描述：

负责TD-SCDMA无线通信系统各网元的集成测试和系统测试工作，包括测试环境，测试用例的设计和实现，验证系统功能，性能，稳定性及兼容性。参与相关质量活动，确保设计及实现工作按时保质完成。

职位要求：

1、本科及以上学历，计算机软件、通信、电子及相关专业，有扎实的通信基础知识；

2、熟悉无线通信系统，了解3GPP层一至层三协议

3、至少具备以下一个领域的工作经验：

a. 一年以上的GSM/UMTS/CDMA系统测试经验，了解接口及相关协议，如：3GPP,ATM,SS7及TCP/IP等。

b. 空中接口测试经验

c. 网管系统测试经验，如OMC

d. 测试工具开发经验，精通C/C++/Perl或其它测试工具语言

4、 熟悉Windows、Unix或嵌入式实时操作系统

5、良好的英语读写能力，良好的合作精神，良好的交流能力。

Test Engineer

Description:

Test process of TD-SCDMA R&D defines and executes activities to verify the entity hardware, software system and the interoperability of the whole system in its target environment with every network entity.

Test verifies the End to End system functionality, guarantees the interoperability between network entities, the system stability, the correctness of the implemented features and functionalities, and regresses the previous features and functionalities.

Main Tasks:

- Define test configuration environment, methodologies and test specification for the features and performance of TD-SCDMA RAN system

- Prepare test configuration environment

- Bring up NEys (Node B, RNC and OMC), verify NEys alignment and interworking between the NEys and test the external interface procedures

- Verify the implemented features and functionalities in TD-SCDMA RAN

- Verify the performance and stability of TD-SCDMA RAN

- Validate the inter-operability among UE, RAN and CN

Required skills:

- Bachelor degree or above in Telcom, Electronics Engineering or Computer Science

- Excellent know-how of Wireless Communication systems

- Knowledge of 3GPP protocol on Layer 1-3

- Outstanding experience in at least one of the following fields:

§ GSM/UMTS/CDMA testing experience more than 1 year in interface and protocol standards, i.e. 3GPP, ATM, SS7 and TCP/IP

§ Experience in Air-interface testing

§ Experience in testing Network Management System (OMC)

§ Experience in test tool development and good command of C/C++/Perl or other script for test tool

- Good communication skills and social abilities

- Fluent in oral & written English
